Are you in tune with the Moon?

Following moon phases can give you a deep sense of connection to the cycles of nature, boost mindfulness, and keep you working toward your life goals.

moonphases and how they can be utilized

New Moon

This is time for new beginnings, setting intentions, and planting seeds for the future. It is a time for introspection, inner reflection, and connecting with intuition.

1st Quarter Moon

This is a time for overcoming obstacles and challenges, taking action, and making progress towards your goals. This is a time for perseverance and determination.

Full Moon

The full moon is a time of heightened energy, abundance, and manifestation. It is a time for releasing what no longer serves you, expressing gratitude, and celebrating your accomplishments.

Third Quarter Moon

This is a time for reflection, assessment, and taking notes of your progress. It is a time for letting go of what no longer serves you and prepares you for a new cycle.

Waxing Crescent

During this phase the moon is growing and gaining strength. It is a time for taking action on your intentions, making plans, and working toward your goals.

Waxing gibbous

During this phase, the moon is almost full, and the energy is intense. It is a time for refletting on goals, fine tuning your plans, and making adjustments as needed.

Waning gibbous

During this phase, the energy is beginning to decrease, and it is time for letting go of what is holding you back releasing negativity, and focusing on self care.

Waning Crescent

This is a time for rest, reflection, and preparing for the next new moon. It is time for tying up loose ends, completing projects, and letting go  of what is no longer needed.
